The North Central Local Government Association and the communities of the City of Prince Rupert, the District of Port Edward and the North Coast Regional District will be co-hosting the NCLGA's Annual General Meeting and Convention in Prince Rupert, BC - exact dates to be confirmed.

Media Package and Application

All media representatives seeking access to the NCLGA Annual General Meeting and Conventions must apply for accreditation in advance. Accreditation forms submitted to admin@nclga.ca. Approved media personnel will receive confirmation via email. Contact admin@nclga.ca for the media package.

The 2025 North Central Local Government Association (NCLGA) Convention takes place in Prince Rupert, date to be confirmed.  This event will be co-hosted by NCLGA, and the communities of the City of Prince Rupert, the District of Port Edward, and the North Coast Regional District . Approximately 250 delegates from across North Central BC are expected to attend the Convention, making this a great opportunity to showcase your organization.

2026 NCLGA AGM and Convention

Proposals are welcomed for the 2026 and 2027 AGMs. 

 

We are currently accepting community BID proposals for the 2026 NCLGA AGM and Convention.

Hosting the AGM and Convention not only provides significant economic benefits, but it gives communities the opportunity to help set the agenda for the event.

From sessions and speakers to official tours, the host community has significant input into specific programming over the course of the event. Hosting the convention also offers an opportunity to showcase the community and show off what makes it a great place to live, work, and invest. 

The NCLGA AGM and Convention is a fantastic event and we encourage your community to consider hosting north central BC’s top decision makers!
